Off-dry, but dry for a Riesling. Sweetens a little on day 2. Delicate pale gold color. Smells like sea air and white sugar. Tastes of minerals and green apples, with a slight peppery finish. Would be nice with fish or chicken. Not sure it would stand up to spicy food.
