This was all part of our Sake Day 2025 experience. We only tasted 60ish sakes out of an estimated 450, so a small fraction of what was available. While I attempted to rinse the glass with water and stay hydrated it’s difficult to fairly rate in this environment and I use it solely as a time to try a wide variety and interact with the brands. — 2 months ago

Very interesting wine.. I don’t know if I was blinded on this if I would ever pick those Washington except for maybe a tiny bit on the back end.
Great color and I actually really enjoy the aromatics on it.
The pallet to me is very interesting. It almost tastes like if you put free run juice into a tank and then let it settle in tank for a couple days and then just bottle that.. — 13 days ago
