Wow! Incredible acidity, was like a apple jolly rancher. Sweet (it’s a German Riesling after all). Knockout!!!! Drank with Packer in Joshua Tree — 2 years ago

Just a glass (and a small one at that)! After the Joshua Cooper Pinot this was quite sweet and pruney with lush blackberry and chocolate flavours Went well with the Waygu Beef dish. The quality of Henschke shining through even in their lesser Cuvées. — 2 years ago

Ruby core with a garnet/brick rim. Intense aromas of black olives, burnt rubber, asphalt and mint. Black olive tapenade for days on the palate with additional notes of balsamic vinegar and tobacco. Loaded with VA. Pleasant oily (animal fat) texture. Only 12% ABV. Totally unique and delicious! Thank you so much for sharing, Kase! — 2 days ago
