Feb 10th, 2022Village Chablis, from two parcels, both north-facing, very near to 1er Cru Montmains. Fragrant, aromas of citrus and tropical fruit, notes of brioche. Fresh, mineral, rich on the palate, lots of chalky notes. good acidity. Long mineral, slightly saline finish.
