@Joshua Fisher how's this look, haha. Happy Halloween. — 4 years ago
Wow! Incredible acidity, was like a apple jolly rancher. Sweet (it’s a German Riesling after all). Knockout!!!! Drank with Packer in Joshua Tree — 4 years ago

@Delectable Wine Back label says
Central Highlands and Ranges
Pinot Noir
Extremely young, it feels like whole bunches were used it.
Crunchy, vibrant even a little too hard.
I reckon it will smoothen down with a bit of time, but I still prefer the Doug''s vineyard. — 6 years ago
Cherry,pepper,leather nice balance of bright acidity and moderate tannins.Absolutely Enjoyed At Luce prior to symphony opening featuring Joshua Bell.High marks for all! — 8 years ago
Ruby core with a garnet/brick rim. Intense aromas of black olives, burnt rubber, asphalt, violets and mint. Black olive tapenade for days on the palate with additional notes of balsamic vinegar, blueberry and tobacco. Loaded with VA. Pleasant oily (animal fat) texture. Extremely long finish. Medium in body but high in intensity! Only 12% ABV. Totally unique and delicious! Thank you so much for sharing, Kase! — 2 years ago
Beautiful floral notes, sweet and expressive German Riesling. Good acidity! Loved.

Wow. TART.
Took another taste and, just as Joshua said, maybe my palate wasn’t ready. It wasn’t ready because even though it’s still tart and dry I’m really liking this one. — 5 years ago

From @Joshua Sigler “Recently I’ve paid €79 for a wine I liked a lot less.”
Perfect for a rainy Irish evening overlooking the rolling hills of County Clare in the Burren with Sheep grazing in the distance. — 6 years ago

Very nice recommendation by the Somm @Joshua Fisher (Thank you!). This is really showing well, especially after 40 min. This was my WOTN. — 8 years ago

Just a glass (and a small one at that)! After the Joshua Cooper Pinot this was quite sweet and pruney with lush blackberry and chocolate flavours Went well with the Waygu Beef dish. The quality of Henschke shining through even in their lesser Cuvées. — 4 years ago
My first Joshua Cooper wine - had to check out the Young Winemaker of the year for 2020 awarded by Gourmet Wine Traveller magazine. Joshua has recently turned 32. This wine was quite rich and dense and a little closed aromatically - obviously quite young. Ripe plum, rose petals, with a little vegetal matter. - a big future ahead. Joshua has had wide experience with Australian wineries and in Burgundy with Domaine de la Vougeraie and Domaine Jean-Jacques Confuron. This wine from the cool climate Macedon Ranges with high profile neighbours like Bindi and Curly Flat. — 5 years ago
