Almacenista Fino del Puerto Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Palomino Fino

Gary Westby

One of the best wine and food experiences I have had in San Francisco in a long time. Salty, flor filled, almost fruity, almost watery- right between Manzanilla and Jerez Fino! Awesome with Bellota cuisine! — 15 days ago

Almacenista "Vides" Palo Cortado de Jerez Palomino Fino

This is very, very good. I think "caramel, burnt orange" is right. Nose -almost- of an oloroso .. but drier. Olives really brought these out ... — a day ago

Dos Cortados Aged 20 Years Solera Especial Palo Cortado Palomino

Amazing mahogny coloured sherry w strong aromas of freshly grounded coffee, pecan, caramel, dried camomill. Bacon fat.
Big yet elegant w a integrated sense of warmth from the alcohol. Dry caramel characteristics, dried dark fruits, black olives.
I fucking lovet to live The Sherry Life.

Excel·lent! Se li nota una base de xerès molt atractiva. Subtil. Potser li falta una mica de contundència però els aromes són deliciosos. — 4 days ago

Viña AB Amontillado Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Palomino Fino

Very light dand fruity amontillado. Bone dry. 16.5% alcohol makes for a lighter aperetif and digestif style. Def worth trying as it has some interesting food potential I think. That said if you are looking for a classic nutty amontillado there are better examples. Still, for 9e in Spain, who the hell is complaining?? — 17 days ago
