First sherry. Didn't really know what to expect, light but briny, kind of hard to enjoy alone. Fantastic nose though, apricot, alcohol, almost smells like a desert wine.. Think i will save some to have with olives and cheese..

On a personal taste level I found this utterly foul and thought I would be sick - I don’t know how to describe the front and middle taste but for me it wasn’t enjoyable
