This 'un's called the King of the East Coast IPAs. Lots of malt balanced against the hops. Quite delicious. — 7 years ago
Hops smooth — 8 years ago
A marvelous deep toned ale with unique flavors of hops and earthy tones that everyone looks for in a great beer to relax with at the end of the day. One of my favorite beers brewed in the U.S. — 9 years ago
Big hype about this beer, as is "Hop Slam" this one much easy to get, in fact, in CA you can get in many places all the time, price is reasonable too, just check the bottled or canned on dates since it travels far, solid IPA, really nothing new or different, just done very well in the style, if you like your IPA's balanced between malt and hops, like Dogfish then this is perfect fit you, not for me, I prefer the hops be the "Show" but I am not knocking the Beer for that, just I think it is a little over rated — 10 years ago
It showcases bright flavors and aromas of apricot, peach, mango & lemon. The lighter body also brings out the crispness of the hops. The Sculpin fish has poisonous spikes on its fins that can give a strong sting. Ironically, the meat from a Sculpin fish is considered some of the tastiest. Something that has a sting but tastes great; sounds like a Ballast Point India Pale Ale. This version of Sculpin IPA has grapefruit added; the grapefruit flavor really enhances the citrus aroma of the hops. — 10 years ago
Very unique, who knew mosaic hops and naturally carbonated Chardonnay could work so well together, great, inventive winery! — 6 years ago
New vintage! Citrusy with herbal/floral notes, reminds me of wildflowers and beer hops. — 7 years ago
Delicious! But do not pair with spicy food — 8 years ago
Thanks to @Josh Raynolds for this Sip of Sunshine. For years it has had a cult following and famously hard to find. Grassy and floral notes from the hops, long finish that is really rounded. No bitter hard edges here. The lupulin comes through giving it a tropical note. This is a serious, and seriously well balanced IPA. — 8 years ago

Variation on Ballast Point's IPL, India Pale Larger, very nicely done, the orange and vanilla are present, just not the dominating flavors, I tend to enjoy this a little more, especially when it warms up slightly, the orange and vanilla come out more, very good, very good in the style, if you are like me and not a big fan of the larger style, I think you will enjoy this, the hops cover that typical grainy yeast you get with lagers — 10 years ago
Can't lie. Drinking straight out of the can. But it's 100 degrees outside. This pure Michigan IPA has a copper hue and a nice malty backbone not present in West Coast IPA's. Centennial hops spice up the citrus and give it muscle. — 10 years ago
Juicy but dry. — 6 years ago
Tons of grapefruit, lightly herbal, strawberry as well. Perfect refreshment! — 6 years ago
A favourite of mine. This English lager is smooth, with a subtle malt flavour that has the slightest hint of fruit. Brewed using Saaz and Cascade hops it is in its finally stages re-fremented with champagne yeast and Nelson Sauvin hops.
All-in-all a delightful lager. — 7 years ago
Now this is good stuff, cloudy gold color, honey mead & slightly floral nose, rich spiced honey and herb taste with enough hops to add some body. — 9 years ago
Great flavor! Wine is steeped in hops after fermentation. — 9 years ago
Let the wine breath awhile and it is nice and smooth. Hint of plum with clean finish. — 10 years ago
Awesome hops! — 10 years ago

Ah, the king of them all. So bitter after fruitier IPA’s. Dangerously refreshing.
Easy to put away, 1,2,3 . 5.2°
Balance of grain/hops. Not too much or too little. With fatty foods, a dream.
Used to be a nicer can. No accounting for aesthetics. Not to mind, in this case, Chicago conquers Philly. I bow. — 3 years ago
