Minerally, a nice punch but still smooth — 19 days ago
Bert’s June wine tasting - this has a nice flavor - unpacked and it’s a blend. The vineyard was Luigi Baidana and he sold his vineyard to this vineyard who makes borolo and makes wine the way he did rather than selling to rich folks who just wanted his property. — 2 months ago

Flavorsome, oak free Carricante from Sicily’s Mt Etna. The 2024 displays an engaging light straw appearance, aromas and flavors of citrus and green apple, a crisp, sur lie enhanced, medium body that delivers an energetic lasting finish. — a month ago

Golden coloration. On the nose, lemon, brioche, minerals. On the palate, nice creamy texture, fuller body, a touch of earthiness, but primarily long lasting citrus and lemon notes with minerality on the palate that finishes strong with those 3 notes ending with a crush of a acidity. — 4 months ago

Another solid vintage of this Umbrian blend of Trebbiano (locally called Procanico), Grechetto and Canaiolo Bianco. Light white gold color. Aromas of orchard fruit, white flowers and some fresh herbs. Flavors of green apples and pears, white peach and raw almonds. Medium length and brisk acidity with a subtle mineral note. Fruit forward, crisp and refreshing. Just a hint of RS. Thank you for sharing after the baptism, Chris B! — 11 days ago
