It seems to me that if you blended Weiss Burgunder and Grau Bergunder it would be similar to this.
Natural-esque - on the edge for my tolerance to natty-ness; earthy, mushroom, wet wood. 6 years might have been a wee long to wait. — 2 years ago
E&M's "Muller" I've had many times before. Consistently good, even if it doesn't really fill the role of natty wine for the natty crowd, which is clearly the intention here (they make a Weiss and and Grau and and Weiss & Grau which are way wilder imho). Baby skin contact - you can hardly notice. Refreshingly light at 11%, it has a little cream and yeasty element, a little cool to the touch. Notes in the apple, pear, floral vertical. — 4 years ago

Needs 5 years at this point but so so promising. Spicy apple, spices, discreet framing oak, supermineral, floral and a deep nose that is always unfolding. Complex and concentrated with a richness and also a freshness. Ripe apples and pears abound with minimal stone fruits I usually expect from Grau. Very pure. Very clean. Needs 5 years as it almost shows backwards but I had this on release and it will get there. — 7 years ago
Curve of Grau, Weißburgunder & Morillon. Nice complexity & depth with apricot & peach, some hay, a bit of herby minerality and nicely integrated wood. Round yet with character and good length. Very good. — 8 years ago

This was a real surprise. Pale gold in the glass, quince paste, tangerine, floral, a touch nutty, but with real acidic verve—not even remotely tired or flabby. Not quite on the level of Gonon Oliviers but really fantastic. Maybe I should rethink my biases re: rhone whites. Excellent with cast iron chicken with olives and artichokes — 5 years ago
Pear like fruitiness without bitterness. Rich. That’s good Rhone blanc. 2017 @2880, Kping, 201205 — 6 years ago
Mineral and dry. Very easy drinking rose. Perfect for an apéro. — 7 years ago
Solid wine. Good fruit and really interesting secondary flavors. Tannins need a little more time to integrate and a very enjoyable wine even now. — 8 years ago

I was surprised when this turned out to be an orange wine, but not at all disappointed. Beautiful amber color, medium bodied, with a strong nose of ripe, sweet fruit, with good acid, and notes of navel orange, Meyer lemon, sweet cream (though VERY light), with hints of mustard, celery and other subtle vegetal notes. Palate is smooth, with great energy and well integrated creamy motes of ripe orange, blood orange and grapefruit, but not tart, with more prominent vegetable notes, maybe some more anise and celery. At the finish there’s even hints of some smoky BBQ, which ends in a dry, slightly spicy and savory hue. — 18 days ago
