Nose is a whisper of rose petal, violet, lavendar, red currant jelly. Palate is prickly, gravelly, with crushed rock, rosehip and red currant, and unsweetened cranberry juice. Sour clear fruit juice, but very crystalline, saline and mineral. White wine in disguise. Delicious — 4 months ago

Field blend of somewhat 14 varieties. 11% ABV. Lucid ruby. Aromatic summer strawberries, cherries, violets. Subtle smokiness. Salinity in the aftertaste entices to take big thirsty gulps. Very reminiscent of the Jura’s (l'Aigle a Deux Tetes) Trousseau. Ideal summer wine! — 2 months ago
Grapefruit, salty preserved lemon. Banana, cider, some lively but judicious natural funk. A little sulphur stink. Good tart salty sting. — 4 months ago
Truly outstanding. Salty, balanced, and delicious. — a month ago
100% Arinto grapes. Straw golden color with an interesting green hue. Grapes are grown in literal cracks in the volcanic soil. Intense mineral aromas along with hints of grapefruit. The palate is full of minerals and grapefruit as well along with an infusion of lemon. Nice note of salinity on the long and lingering finish. Beautiful freshness and acidity. Fresh and persistent. Outstanding and unique! — 2 months ago

Medium lemon , with golden hints . Slightly floral at first , with some honeysuckle , apricot, ripe apple , wet stone and slate . On the palate quite stuctured , intense , with more of the slightly saline , peach , apricot , ripe apple. High acidity with slate and chalky notes on the refreshing finish . Even though the colour looks quite advanced , the wine is fresh and vital and will age well over the next 5-8 years . @Delectable Wine this is actually a blend , Arinto dos Açores , Terrantez do Pico and Verdelho — 6 days ago
