Pale white, pristine clarity. Aroma of flowers, maybe pine/pineapple. Slight viscosity, almost dry. Back label is accurate, speaking of flavors like orange peel with hints of peach and spice. Medium golden color. Very expressive aromas of rose petals, honeysuckle, melon, orchids and Asian spices. Flavors of apricot, peaches, tropical fruit, honey and ginger. Nice touches of mandarin orange and minerals on the long and elegant finish. Pleasant viscous/oily texture. Subtle acidity but still very well balanced. They have updated the label since. Sweet and a little syrupy mouthfeel. About as sweet as I'll go in a white. But a great value! Only a little bit of "overripe pear" note on day three of being open. A crowd-pleaser, as well. One of Oliver's less "cheapy" sweet options. A worthy buy. — 7 years ago

Light straw yellow.
Very expressive and generous. Not as sweet as anticipated, which is a good thing. Lots of ginger and beautiful lemony fruity notes (-zest, -curd, -oil). Touches of apricot, pineapple,lychee and pickles. Tropical flowers, as well.
