Feb 10th, 2021We've been drinking a Napa Valley gewurtztriminer all summer, so compared with that this wine is more balanced. Less acid and not as tart. Sweet, but not cloying.

Honey, touch of lychee, burnt after taste. Not as sweet as typical gewurtz. Good balance.
