Classic NZ sauv with the extra twist of oak. The smoke & vanilla & cream are there, but so is the acid, grass, and passion fruit. Touch of cinnamon too. Slightly astringent/nettle finish, but in a nice way. Stood up to ribs. — 3 months ago
