Clear, bright, fluid cherry color.
Open floral nose, tangy red fruits of natural wine. Palate: great finesse. Carbonic maceration and its gourmet contribution are nuanced by light oaky touch, and the four years of age; offering a magnificent aromatic palette evoking in turn a pinot noir from Alsace, a Burgundy or Moulin-à-Vent. It's light, gourmet, delicate. What a pleasure! The balance is perfect.

Nez ouvert floral, fruits rouges acidulés de vin nature, peu souffré. Bouche: grande finesse. La macération carbonique et son apport gourmand sont nuancés par l’élevage, et les quatre ans d’âge; offrant une magnifique palette aromatique évoquant tour à tour un pinot noir d’Alsace, un Bourgogne autant qu’un Chiroubles ou Moulin-à-Vent. Amazing nose - so aromatic, so fresh, so enticing & evolving in the glass.
Plums, mulberries, dark crunchy cherries, a hint of kirsch. Plus quite a pinch of spices - cloves, black pepper, bay leaves, cinnamon stick. Plus some graphite & rocky notes. Rich yet fresh & pure.
On the palate this is so juicy, with fleshy black fruit, uplifting spices, velvety tannins. Great purity & depth. And so dangerously drinkable.
