Label has some style. And catches the eye. Bit of an aged version of CA Zin, but that can work. Deeper rusty, maroon color than some Paso Robles Zin I’ve had. Smells a bit more herbal and dank than fruity and jammy. Flavors are big, bodacious and brawny. Hints of the blending other reds in the mix. Chewy. Hint of that grape jelly in a campfire flavor of some Zins in the finish. This should pair well with a steak and grilled veggies. It’s a nice, well produced classic. Kinda like the biker on the bottle. — 2 months ago

Drinking the 2018 in 2025. Thin legs. Light and fruit forward bouquet. Berry and deep ripe fruit notes. Light flavors with a slightly dry finish. Smooth on the tongue with a balance of dark fruit and berry flavors. Slightly tannic finish. — 3 months ago

Sipping Fine Wine
100% Cabernet, aged French oak (78% new), deep Ruby with aromas of red and black fruits, herbs and sweet floral spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry and black cherry with floral herbs, earthy oak and black pepper. Fine dusty tannins, long. finish ending with fruit, toasty oak and herb pepper spice. Will age well! — 3 days ago
