Absolutely delicious — a month ago
With scallops, octopus, crab, and later short ribs at an Italian restaurant. The glue has subsided, not rubbery, some fruit is coming out. But not special.
21 minutes later: The candied bacon came out, and it compliments the short rib very well. — 5 months ago

2022 vintage chilled at zarella. Very light. Like grape juice. Good for pizza — a month ago
At nine years old, this may have been a touch past its prime, but it still drank pretty well. Dark fruit and tobacco were dominant on the nose and palate, with hints of earth, cinnamon, and pepper coming through as well. Would like to try a younger bottling sometime soon for comparison. 100% Mayolet. 5/5/25. — 2 months ago
If you see it, buy it! One of the best Nerello that I have had. This is a lighter version with tart red fruit, crisp acidity , hint of smoke and 14 ABV. Well integrated alcohol and layered flavors. This delivers big time. — 9 days ago
Certified organic. Bright but not too citrusy; a hint of salinity — 3 months ago
This wine has a medium ruby color to it. The nose is full of black fruit and savory aromas. Plum, blackberry, and currant bring sweetness, which is balanced by notes of earth, tar, and pepper. The palate shows clean, fresh fruit and a brisk acidity with firm tannins. It's a great chance to add the Gaglioppo grape to your century club list. — 6 months ago
