Hugely fruity nose. Ripe golden delicious apples and ripe pear. Maybe Bosc? Stunning saline and nimble minerals. You can really smell the Chardonnay and maybe that’s due to the warmth of the vintage. Oh my that is fine. So saline, incredible mousse and so elegant. Juicy and ripe and the brut nature character is almost invisible as the vintage was so ripe. Round, opulent and so graceful. Let’s see how it opens as there seems to be more under the surface. Not as focused as 16 or 17 but the sheer fruit intensity makes up for it. Outrageous concentration and explosiveness. — 3 months ago
Fairly bright. Citrusy and floral with a bit of chalkiness, not overly minerally. — 5 months ago
Delectable ate my note per usual; one of the best champagnes I’ve ever had; aged, silky, mature autolytic character. Kland’s bday @Lyle Fass — 2 days ago
From 4 lieux-dits in Meursault, aged in barrel for 12 months, 20% new, and in concrete eggs for 8 months.
This Meursault is radiant and expressive in the stellar ‘22 vintage. Aromas of yellow peach, baked apple, and a hint of hazelnut. Broad palate with creamy texture balanced by a fresh, citric line. Good depth and long finish. A charming Meursault with finesse. — 2 months ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of dinner. The “Éclats” extra-brut pours a light straw color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, beautiful notes of raspberries, orange peel, lemon curd, brioche and limestone minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with high acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. An absolutely charming expression from Damery. Drink now. Thanks for the assist @Lyle Fass — 13 days ago
