Spectacular showing and considerably more open than my last bottle, needing only around 30–35 minutes to fully come alive. Extraordinary mousse, incredibly fine and integrated, with deep yeast, intense salinity and gorgeous freshness. The palate is dense, sappy and energetic, with superb acidity, seamless texture and an extraordinarily long saline, yeasty finish. Completely harmonious and one of the finest showings I’ve had from this wine.

This is so fine. Electric acidity. Wafting, yeasty nose and what a finish. Epic. After two hours this became beyond anything I have ever had from this great estate.

N: leaping brioche. Perfect apricot. Intense white flowers.
P: mineral. Apricot. Lemon. Delicious to the max. Persistent with air.
9.5 out of the gate.
9.6 30 minutes in. More elegant brioche on the palate.

Delectable ate my note per usual; one of the best champagnes I’ve ever had; aged, silky, mature autolytic character. Kland’s bday @Lyle Fass
