Great Godello — 9 months ago
A crisp, taut Chardonnay sourced from just outside Meursault, aged 13m in used barrels, though you’d never guess.
Crisp, fresh, with white flowers and crisp apples. Nice precision and definition, light yet elegant.
Delightful sipping. — 2 years ago
Golden straw in color, flavors of apple, lovely finish on this one! — a year ago
An unusual wine for sure, but it walks the line between oxidative and fino sherry style salinity. Better as it warms up and reveals its umami punch. Give it a try. — 2 years ago

Very nice with deep honey aroma, not too buttery. — 3 years ago

Haven’t had wines from Fanny Sabre before. Don’t drink a ton of pommard, but this was nice. Definitely slightly more on the natural side for a burgundy, with a bit of brett and va. But the berries come through and there is some nice mineral linearity with medium acid. Finish perhaps a bit short. — 4 days ago
