Solomon Hills Vineyard Chardonnay 2016

California Chardonnay with true minerality. Pithy, saline, chalky and bright. Sea salt, roasted nuts, Meyer lemon, orange blossom and honeydew. Outstanding example of restraint and terroir focus. — 18 days ago

Vins Eric et Bérengère Thill

Les Grandes Vignes Chardonnay

2016 vintage. Intriguing Chardonnay in that unique Jura style. This is "ouillé", so no flor. Smells like chamomile, fresh and with good intensity and length, very attractive indeed, more an "intellectual" food wine than a crowd pleaser. — 8 days ago

Eric Bordelet

Poiré Authentique

330 ml love juice ❤️ Cider isn't a drink I'd typically reach for, but if it's Eric Bordelet (or Jacques Perritaz), I'd drink it in a heartbeat. Off-dry with high acidity. Fruity, pure, fresh, and so balanced. Yummo! — a month ago

Domaine de Bellivière (Eric Nicolas)

Confluence Chenin Blanc

Buttery, floral, round/full mouth feel, apple on the nose, slightly acidic (maybe limestone?) mineral after-taste. Like a meadow - at the beginning all you see is grass, but at the end you reach the top of the hill and then you see forest. An American Oak Forest. It's a smooth wine. — 16 days ago
