Excellent as usual. Minerals, herbs, crisp acidity. Elisabeth Foradori’s genius. Drank in Leipzig, Germany. Usually in San Francisco, USA where we live. — 4 months ago
2017. Little gassy, but blew off. Cherry cola, herbs, soft dusty tannins, hint of orange zest, licorice and nice acid. Fun wine. — 2 years ago

2011. Last bottle of L’Argentier. It was great to have multiple bottles their Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, and Rosé in the cellar this past decade. Always drinkable and great with food. The Grenache was my favorite, but the age on this Cinsault mellowed out the tartness and underripe flavors I noted early on. Big cherry on the nose and initial taste, then some spicy earth and smooth tannins. — 7 months ago

Excellent Riesling that is not over sweet, and which is perfectly balanced between fruit and acidity. Ready to drink now. — 4 years ago

No doubt a cut above the NV rose bottling. Full of youthful energy yet so complex and composed.
The perfumed nose shows pristine berry fruits, blood orange, Granny Smith apple, citrus zest, white floral, light brioche, and chalk. Vibrant creamy bubbles. Tastes of Ginger spice and cinnamon as well. Clean and elegant long finish.
