70% Folle Blanche & 30% Pinot Noir. Organic. Actually, quite nice for by the glass. Slightly tart green apple & pear. Citrus, golden raisin, yellow florals, pronounced minerality, good grainy chalkiness, crisp with nice acidity and finish. Good value in sparkling.
