Pale to medium salmon color with aromas of fresh berry fruits, yeasty, floral and nutty notes. The largest Champagne house in France, founded in 1743 by Claude Moët, blend of 41% Chardonnay, 38% Pinot Noir & 21% Pinot Meunier. Golden straw color with aromas of stone and citrus fruits with notes of nutty toast. On the palate flavors of apple and peach with lemony tones and floral notes. Great balance, good bubble bead flow and mousse, lively acidity, long finish ending with crisp toasty mineral tones. A Fav! — 2 years ago
In 1829, Champagne Bollinger introduced an instantly recognizable, dry, toasty style that has been coveted ever since. Six generations of the Bollinger family have maintained that trademark style, and still owned and managed by the same family since it was founded. Gold color with a nose of fruit and baking spices. On the palate apple and peach, toasty notes with great bubble flow. Long crisp finish ending with yeasty mineral tones. Nice! — 2 months ago

The color and aroma of like your slicing a lemon peel garnish for a white Negroni.
Quinine, lemon peel, grapefruit rind, also the natural sweetness of honey.
Oh wow. That is a flavor bomb. Actually kind of similar to the flavor profile of a white Negroni sans the bitterness and booze.
Honestly even some slight banana notes. V interesting. Like a chenin, yes. But way more acid. It’s interesting. Crisp apples. Green. Lemon oil.
I like this. A friends recommendation. — 7 months ago
Easy drinking at its best! Light and juicy, but by no means superficial. Dark berries, Cherry, some earthern notes and pepper. Gentle flow with medium acidity on the palate, tanins finish with a short and finely dosed grip. — 2 years ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Made from Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes, bright pale gold color with a frothy creamy mousse, small rapid bubble flow with a steady stream. Aromas and flavors of apple and citrus with toasty notes, integrated, nice mouthfeel, elegant long finish. Great value as an exceptional alternative to French Champagne. — 2 months ago
