Really complex white! Very herbal nose, orange blossom, rosemary, cedar. Drinks with a bitter note that I don’t care for but very dry and, medium bodied with pear skins and lemon. Had with Greek sausage baby broccoli pasta & it went really well with the food. Would love to have again and try with other fuds. — 7 months ago
100% Latiko from the Island of Crete. Light garnet color. “Pinot Noir-like” in appearance and body style. Aged in amphora. Aromas of dried red fruits minerals and dusty earth. Pallet features bright red and black berry fruit, figs and herbs. Tingling acidity. There is some tannin here. Solid quality. Great sipper! — a year ago

Douloufakis, Alargo, assyrtiko 2019.
Smoky nose and a touch of a mineral thing (could it be chalk?) , with some yellow fruits notes, great structure with a strong acid drive, a great width, a good soft mouthfeel with a chalky touch. Long finish with those smoky, fruity and chalky notes. 14% abv 😳. Assyrtiko is great 👍🏻 — 2 years ago
