Smoky nose and a touch of a mineral thing (could it be chalk?) , with some yellow fruits notes, great structure with a strong acid drive, a great width, a good soft mouthfeel with a chalky touch. Long finish with those smoky, fruity and chalky notes. 14% abv 😳. Assyrtiko is great 👍🏻
