This is the correct winery. 38/20/19/18/5 blend of Pinot Blanc, Muller Thurgau, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat. 12% alc/vol. Off dry, good acidity, cool climate character, arguably Alsatian or German style. Pale yellow, excellent clarity. “Made by thoughtful farming, careful vineyard selection, spontaneous fermentation, meticulous cleaning, patient hands and love”. Mild skin astringency on finish. Most definitely a yes, especially on a cool, almost crisp autumn evening. — 5 years ago
