Vin de Days Blanc White Blend

Possibly my all-time favorite wine. I teared up the first time I tasted it.

So drinkable!!

Lemon, nectarine, grapefruit, white flowers. Zesty, zippy, delicate, versatile.

Somewhat buttery, oaky. not for my person taste

Kitchen sink blend Alsatian kitchen sink blend from Oregon. 42% Pinot Blanc, 16% Resiling, 14% Muller Thurgau, 11% Muscat. I LOVED THIS. For starters, I love this producer. She nails emulating a classic region with Oregon grapes. What’s most impressive to me in expressive white wines, is the ability to present sweet flavors while remaining bone dry. Super balance.

Great aromas. It's crisp and refreshing.

Light, fruity, suddle complexity. Excellent dessert wine that's not too sweet.
