Really a lovely langhe Nebbiolo. Opened 6 hours before serving but no decant. With a slight chill it was delicious. Definitely recognizable as Nebbiolo, mouth filling in the right ways, excellent pairing with pork tenderloin with mustard/rosemary/fennel/garlic. — 4 months ago
WOW I loved this. Merlot granache gamay. Carbonic maceration minerality and amazing. Will buy all bottles — 3 months ago
Wine #5 on Jean-Pierre Robinot Uncorked Vol. 1
Lovely, perfumed, and delicate bouquet of flowers, seawater, and peach. With time, it opens up and becomes sweeter on the nose. On the palate, it's round despite the high acidity, offering an interesting evolution with a touch of brine in the finish. Lively, electric, and delicious. It's like Gravonia mixed with Jacky Blot. A curious combination, but it needs more time in the bottle.

So so good. This is an inspiration wine for me - I started making a wine as an homage to this style a couple of years ago. So happy I did. I love this expression of grenache - you get all of the fruit, with some nice earthiness but minimal tannins and just a lot of depth in what is inherently a “simple” wine. Love this bottling, love this producer. — 3 years ago
Orange rind, tar, tobacco, tea, green and oolong, floral and confectionery, super complex nose. Stunning. 9.7. Soft and sweet but also super structured and tannic. So linear and so pure. Finish is slightly clipped. Good concentration, freshness and depth. So clean. — 4 months ago
A great wine!! acidity is finely tuned to suit the wine. not too complex just right — 3 years ago
