Lovely with nice age. Disgorged 2019 — 15 hours ago
Better than the 20 for my palate, with a bit of freshness, but still not my cuppa — 12 hours ago
17+ another proof that Gamay can be very serious indeed. Remarkable nose, complex and expressive. Great fruit, of course, M+ length. Nice on back palate. Finish good, not exceptional. — 17 days ago
Just stunning. Incredible concentration of tiny red fruit tightly wound violets and the smallest hint of barnyard. On the palate a shocking combination of concentration and over the top acidity that tingles and lingers — 11 hours ago

The bottle had a chip on the lip that was concealed by the foil. (See upper left of photo). There wasn’t any glass released by removing the cap, so the bottle should not have been used. None-the-less, the wine was fine. The color was dark straw. On the nose the caramel aging notes are evident. On the palate more caramel notes along with oak, lemon, molasses, ginger, burnt sugar, and minerals. Medium bodied, high acid, medium alcohol, with a long finish. This is a 2009 and fully aged. — 5 days ago
