strawberries, strawberry jam, a bit of orange marmalade and celery. Good dose of acidity and a very drinkable bottle. Well made morgon. I prefer the 2015 however was more layered. I did not like the celery taste.

I think this is better right now than the ‘17 Foillard Cote du Py I had a couple night ago. Bright red fruits—drinks effortlessly.

Simply one of the best corcelette I have had. Awesome at every step. Great length, great width, intoxicating nose, and superb finish. All along a bright juicy cherry and a real complexity are taking the stage by storm. Not far from a masterpiece.

From all of the stunning 2017 Cru Beaujolais, this wine along with Daniel Bouland’s Delys have been the most vivid textural wines that I can recall from the vintage. This wine improved on day 2 and day 3, and day 4 still held plenty of charm suggesting a splendid life ahead. Great stuff.
