Does perfume mean "shit my grandma sprayed on before church"?? Gross. But it has that - however I'd call it "butterscotch coffee table treat + lilac "that bitch is stinky but better than grandma's cigarettes" in terms of nose. Also the nose fucks my macerated pear bussy. Giving me cobbler vibes - Hallélooh! In terms of tongue, she sits like a mineral princess on a southern porch swing - green apple and green grape with a micro green or basil down-played bitch slap to make me comfortable being THAT BITCH! Welcome - I'm that bitch and I love this! — 4 years ago
This wine is very good but what a gross hellscape of label, God — 5 years ago

Pale gold. Stewed orange and lychee. Grapey on the palate. Low acidity. Like a grape candy. 100% Muscat de Fontignan. Picked in several rounds. 3 years on gross lees in 50% new French oak. — 7 years ago
Had it at Bravo - $68 restaurant price, really nice and light with a bit of green apple (but not a gross green apple) — 7 months ago
At first pour - this wine was bricked and burnt orange. Tasted gross frankly. Hit it with the winepro2 oxygen and it magically began to open up and reveal something. Paired it with some Parmesan cheese and then it started humming. Enjoyed with a lemon garlic Parmesan pasta. Alls well that ends well. — 2 years ago
Like, from Costco! Tastes like a CA barbera. Brambleberrie and juicy without loss of structure or gross maple/oak/anything else. Surprised me. Super drinkable without help. — 4 years ago
Strawberry, peach and mineral with a hint of bubbles. Light and not too sweet. Also, doesn’t taste gross as it warms. The perfect summer wine — 4 years ago
Sauvignon Blanc of the finest variety, lightly bound wood but soft in the background, lasting finish, beautiful accompaniment to food. vintage 2015 — 6 years ago
I will admit.. I dont typically like warmer climate Chard - for my personal preferences, they tend to be overly ripe, overly oaked and flabby. Maybe that is a gross overreaction to new world Chardonnay.
However, this one surprised me. I haven't had any Chardonnay from Alexander Valley, which is more known for warm climate bold red varietals such as Cabernet and Zinfandel.. but it was well balanced, with lush acidity, ample NOT overripe fruit, well integrated nutty and buttery nuances, tropical fruit characteristics... overall for ~$30, great effort. Only complaint is that the finish falls just a tad too quickly... but it has a definite Mersault/St Aubin feel about it, which is what I enjoy. Definitely worth hunting down if you haven't tried this producer. — 7 years ago
Pale ruby in color; bright cherries, black tea, and potpourri on the nose; medium plus acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like cranberries, raspberries, and clay pots with a long finish. Nellie didn't like it, Thy says it's gross, Jason says it's ok, I like it, and Wine Spectator ranked it as number 9 in its top 100 list of wines for 2024. — 2 years ago
Got the plow of classic Rosenblum. Color is prefect. Rosy red. Aroma is strange. Maybe mole. Or mole and plum sauce. Flavors are chewy, dense and jammy. Classic Zin. This aged quite well. Balance is fantastic. A winner of a Sonoma county Zin. Great, great deal at Gross Outlet. — 4 years ago
@Delectable Wine there is a typo, this should read Grosses Gewachs. Whatever, it's ridiculously good, from pop and pour to air. — 6 years ago

My dad bought and left this in my apartment. Braved opening it for a steak night, as I am weary to open reds when it is just me drinking because I don’t want to waste any. Safe to say this did not get wasted. I was unfamiliar with Bandols, and this made me a fan. It was everything I love in a red. It was a darker, more structured and intense wine. Dark fruit, but not fruit forward as it had some herbal and earthy notes. Is it gross to say it was almost meaty? Tannins were present but not overbearing. I was raised on big wines and this checked that box. This was perfect with steaks and just great with food overall. Thanks France. — 2 months ago
