Makes a very compelling case for the use of SO2. Yowza. Tastes like a science experiment from another planet. Maybe that's the point. 🤷

I'm not sure what I want to say about this wine... Funky Brett, but not volatile acid to speak of, slight in bottle effervescence that is a flaw but also works. Only had a small glass, need a full bottle for a more accurate score.

Kind of funky reduction but blew off a bit. It had a really nice lean balance

Cool expression of granacha- dark and dusty. Enough with the secondary fermentation already, natural winemaking.

Full blown garnacha from 70 year old vines located west of Madrid. EARTH, and luscious stewed plum fruit on the nose. Porthos on the main drag in Plaza Mayor. Best enjoyed in 3-5 years. -DM
