How do they fit the 🍐 in the bottle?🤷🏼♂️100% Pinot Blanc — 7 years ago
Nose of opulent plum, blueberry, dark cherry, wet stone, licorice, and (slightly) sweet vanilla. Medium concentration. Medium+ intensity on the palate (and nose). More minerality and violet notes coming through on the palate. Medium acidity, medium+ tannins, and medium+ alcohol. Medium+ finish. 15% new oak. — 7 years ago
Beautiful, peppery Pinot.
Aging great. One I wouldnt mind always having around. — 8 years ago
Ben seven years since last taste. Still great, prominent nose of earthy very ripe red fruits and a silky texture with bit more bite on finish. — 8 months ago

Just beautiful!!! Nice red fruit, forest floor, mushrooms. — 5 years ago
Rich but not over the top and not too revealing on the nose or palate. Tasty nonetheless. Maybe a little maturity to settle in. — 5 years ago
Nice! Not as dry as expected. Just as delicious as Nice red. — 6 years ago
A very nice Pommard. Decanted for 4 hours at the suggestion of the fine folks at Chambers St. Layers of aromatics reveal currant, plum, and earth / leather. Lots of dark cherry on the palate. Very complete with a long finish with some great acidity. Tannins certainly there and even after 4 hours a touch of oak is faintly evident, but not in a bad way. Thoroughly enjoyable. — 7 years ago
The two Bordeaux varieties and one from Burgundy give the wine its characteristics - smoke and spice from the Merlot, full fruit and herbs from the Cab Franc and a tart finish from the Pinot. The Pinot shows much more than 1% might suggest. Smoke, herbs and red fruit are abundant, but the Pinotesque notes of cola and black tea deliver a solid smack. Cool climate rings true here in a delightful wine. — 7 years ago

Very rich but acidity to match. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from old vines. Built for aging but drinking beautifully now. — 6 months ago
