I had this a few nights ago. I did not decant. My memory of precise flavor profile is not great, but lovely dark fruits, nice in the mouth, decent finish. If you like your burgundy bone dry, this isn’t for you. I really enjoyed it and think it’s very good quality at its price point. I’ll purchase again. — a month ago
Excellent burgundy for an affordable price. Used this to make beef burgundy and sipped on the rest — 2 months ago
Better than ever, approaching Beaucastel which is 3x more expensive. Smooth approach, very dry with hint of tartness, some floral touches peach and lemon remain ti flavor shellfish padta. — 4 months ago
Very dark. Deep dark red cherries. Excellent and worth the wait no regrets. 5min in - quite tannic can go for 5 more years. Classic. Hint cassis. Even blueberries. Tart. Very very good. Lyle are you still importing him? Great juice. Days later stored under Argon - stunning. — 2 months ago
This needed a little time to decant and open up. Plum, tobacco, vanilla, and raisins on the nose. A tasty balance of dark berry fruit, oak, and graphite on the palate. Screams a need for savory food and answers that call with aplomb. Drink now as this is on the way down, but delightful now. — 3 months ago
Not a Rose. This easy drinking blend of Grenache/Syrah was a delightful find under $20. Check it out definitely. — 3 days ago
Nose is cherry flower. A hint of skunkiness but not a lot.
Palate really has not a huge amount of fruit. A tad vegetal. A tad hot. Still some juiciness. Some soft rather lovely cherry. Some good deliciousness.
Fruit is a bit soft. Otherwise I’d like it more.
I’m enjoying drinking this even if it isn’t perfect. I’m not either.
As this opens the nose gets cherry lipstick. Lovely. — 2 months ago
Yummy...I think it's creamy beacuse of the cheese I've paired it with. Crisp and not overly sweet. — 3 months ago
