Big Cali strong well balanced red blend after it opens up. Best to decant this bottle first. Love the notes here of mint, chocolate, dark ruby color, long legs, deep plum but juicy and tasteful. A definite buy for large occasion to celebrate life. — 3 years ago

This Champagne is a blend of 46% Pinot Noir, 37% Pinot Meunier, and 17% Chardonnay. This cuvée sees primary fermentation in small oak cask, not stainless steel, resulting in a wine that is at once powerful and full-bodied, and with richness and staying power. Malolactic fermentation is avoided, promoting verve, tension, and energy across the palate. Aromas of jasmine, pear, citrus zest, and ginger spice. Vibrant and fresh on the palate, with tiny, elegant bubbles. The finish is rich with a dry, toasty flavor. This wine in no way needs food, but also conveniently pairs with almost anything. I love what I have tasted from Austin thus far, so I’m down for this non vintage Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep red wine color with medium to full body and long legs. Wish it was more bold and powerful but easy and approachable. Works well as a starter wine with friends or when looking to bring a bottle to a party. — 3 years ago
