So, how does this wine compare with a California merlot?
I've only had a few CA merlots, and I'll admit I don't think I've had enough Merlot to really speak knowledgeably on it, but I would say I definitely prefer this one to the CA versions I've had.
You might want to check out a Schafer Merlot. Very good wine
