Acid monster without the thin juiciness — 3 months ago
have been dying to dig into this for the longest time. tucked into with baguette and mussels in escabeche and this pairing was an absolute dream. gorgeously integrated tropical fruit and searing acidity but the brine and minerality took center stage. this was drained clean within about 15 minutes of opening. — 7 months ago

Coteaux du Giennois red vines planted on limestone soils of Pougny and Saint Père, small villages in the heart of the Centre-Loire. Blend of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Gamay, from 30 years old vines, aged for about 12 months in oak. Ruby red color with aromas of red fruits, floral and spice notes. On the palate flavors of cherry and plum with notes of cacao and spice. Fine drying tannins, medium savory finish, ending with fruit, spice and slight earthy notes. — 7 months ago
Fruit forward aromas of ripe blackberries, same on the palate with a medium oaky body and baking spice and peppery tannins. Very balanced and wanting red meat! — 2 years ago
Really maturing well after 25 years. Notes of honey mead, candied citrus, and stone fruit. Probably started out dry but turning a nice level of sweetness after all these years. Not sure if this is an orange wine or if the color just changed but it’s a lovely light amber. — 4 months ago
Nice blend! Their single varietals worked better for me, but still very tasty — 3 years ago
