Looks like the other members of the Tucson wine triumvirate have been missing my presence here on Delectable so I figured I’d give them some Sunday content. Very Chambolle-esque and pretty. Ethereal w/ punchy sour red cherry with wet forest floor. Great stuff. — 3 years ago
A great example/profile of the local crljenak (pronounced tsir-lyeh-knuck) grape done well. A solid balance of tannins and dark cherries. When it’s high quality like this, I like more that it’s Zin offspring. Highly recommend! — 4 years ago
Frankie’s Croatia, very smooth — 9 months ago
Smells like a spiced pastry
Lively! Red stars dance across the tongue for only a meaty mingling moment, before the tannins start smacking every part of the mouth, up, down, left, right, Jab, Jab, Ka-pow! Those knock out tannins longer on and on.. and on..
Wish I had bought 2 bottles, this needs at least 5 years to relax those teen tannins.
I mean, don’t close your mouth for too long on these tannins, as they act like a vacuum and super glue. You’ll never get your jaws apart.. — 4 years ago
Still lovely after a trip across the pacific in the baggage hold and stored for 1 year! — 3 years ago
Jeremiah Glazer
Medium-bodied red. Pretty syrupy on first taste, but opens up nicely over time. Solid amount of leather, tannins, green pepper, and blueberries. Long dry finish that simmers on the tongue. Good, but not worth $40 (NYC retail). — 23 days ago
