It is Saturday night and I have opened the Maurice Bonnamy Crémant de Loire Rosé Brut. A blend of 100% Cabernet Franc grapes from south of Saumur.
On the nose there I find strawberry, raspberry, tart cherry, minerality and some yeasty qualities.
On the palate there are notes of strawberry, raspberry, tart cherry, bell pepper, yeast and food minerals.
This sparkling wine has a beautiful salmon pink color with a constant fine bead that is medium bodied with high acidity and a long fresh, crisp, clean finish. Continued good health and stay safe. Nostrovia! 🥂🥂🥂🥂 — 17 days ago

Great value, excellent balance, leader of the pack so far — 19 days ago
Leesy nose with quince, white peach and apple blossom accompanying the green apple note in this bdb mix of Chenin (75%) and Chardonnay (25%). Intense attack, with a bit of a falloff on the mid palate. Resumes with echoes of fruits and minerals on the finish. Should age nicely. Disgorged 2019 — 3 days ago
Really good bubbly — 11 days ago
Pretty with an oxidative character. Baked apples and nutty, with nice acid. — 10 days ago
