Great stuff — 2 years ago
A very nice wine after 12 years in the bottle. Still lots of fruit, not over extracted, dark cherry, cassis, leather, tobacco. Agreed, it is more similar to a French style wine. — 6 years ago
Amazing - lots of fruit, smooth — 7 years ago
Very pleasant Texas Malbec. Consider it a solid red table wine. — 7 years ago
Super smooth, light and slightly sweet. Red berries on the nose, with a very clean finish. Easy to drink, and goes great with dark chocolate. — 2 months ago
Close your eyes, and you’d never guess this was 12 years old. Lovely. — a year ago
Founded 1972, Tom & Sally Jordan, from CO, went to CA’s wine country & produced inaugural vintage in 1976. A Fav of mine with a steak, and the ‘17 hits the mark! Blend of mostly Cab Sauv with Merlot, Petit Verdot & Malbec. Deep Ruby with aromas of red fruit, floral & spice. On the palate flavors of cherry, blackberry and fig with oak, sweet spice, leather & cacao notes. Rich tannins, well balanced and integrated with fruit & oak. Very Nice! — 4 years ago

Very good. Fruit forward and a little sweet. Not quite jammy but getting there. — 7 years ago
Bright, nice tannns and finish, earthy, luscious mouthfeel. Curious how it might develop. — 8 years ago
Rich plum and dark fruit, low acidity in the mid-palate but a smooth finish. — 2 months ago

Hints of pomegranate, crisp and delicious. — 5 years ago
An easy everyday Bordeaux as it’s affordable. Very fruit forward with spice but finish is lacking. — 6 years ago
Almost a 91. But a bit short. Peaches and dried nuts. A little on the viscous side and to be honest with you I really didn't know what to expect. Leaner towards the finish. If I saw this on a discount for $40, I'd buy a couple of bottles. Rearding longevity, I just don't think this one is getting any better in the bottle, so might as well drink it now. — 7 years ago
