Tuesday night Merlot from Corvidae, a second label from Owen Roe with an all time great album. This is a weeknight/spaghetti & meatballs wine, and trust me that’s a very good thing. Red and black fruit mingle with turned earth and spice box characters. Lush while still playing lightly across the palate. Layers of ripeness are holding up on this 6 year PN.
