Best bottle of Garnacha in the Cornell area! — 9 years ago
I hit this at the right time. Straight forward Barolo style. Purity and character of Nebbiolo shows from start to finish. Shimmering red garnet color with dried cranberries, dozens of freshly cut roses, potpourri, pipe tobacco, and lively earth tonalities of pine bark, tar, and mulch on the nose. Savory expressions of balsamic and fresh red ruby grapefruit flood the palate. Tannins starting to become leathery. Already showing elegance and balance. 2010's give you that classic and traditional sense of Barolo. Cheers to Friday! And, may Chris Cornell Rest In Peace 🎸 — 9 years ago
Interesting sparkling wine opened by Michael, Wilson’s friend intro of Cornell grad in Verona. Made near there in Veneto. Very distinct profile — a year ago
Another Cornell hybrid grape adapting really well to the Georgia highlands — 5 years ago
Berry Cider. Bill got this en route to Cornell while driving through Canada. Slightly fizzy but not fizzy like a cider. Sweet like a cider. — 7 years ago
