Dry, bare, straight-forward... bold and with an additude. Teran’s acidity hits on front, but then all it’s flavours take over, with just a twist of bitterness. Lots of small bubbles. Cleans your palates and makes you want more. There’s nothing better to start the meal (the day, the evening, whatever...) than with bubbles like this? Just love it. — 5 years ago
