Of course still super young, the Limestone shows lots of primary fruit aromas like tons of white peach mixed with pineapple and Mango. There is still a bit of CO2 in the bottle which gives a super slight impression of a "sparkling" wine. Very precise, prancing and elegant. The lively acidity creates a monstrous drinkability. Salty finish. Although the "fun" have priority here, you recognize that K.P. Keller has a sweet spot for Kabinetts and takes this task very serious. Would love to try this wine in 5-10 years. — 24 days ago
