C’mon! This is a great wine. I think some people worry about getting the best chat-neuf or the top-rated —these are wonderful wines built to be enjoyed. We actually had this with prime rib and horseradish sauce, with creamed spinach. It had plenty of power for the rich beef and enough finesse for the sides. — 3 years ago
Mostly Grenache from 100 year old vines (and mostly from Châteauneuf-du-Pape) this is a blend of five vintages between 2010 and 2017. Medium Ruby, wonderful red fruit and garrigue on the nose with wild strawberry, raspberry, red currant, black cherry, earth, lavender, forest floor and leather. Elegant smooth tannins, long finish. Wonderful wine — 4 months ago
Such a nice vineyard, nice people and beautiful cat. The wine has aged well. Sublime — a year ago
Mmmmm great skin contact orange wine! 100% Sauvignon Blanc. 12.5% abv. Dusty, grassy nose. Citrus peel, Meyer lemon, sherry, strong acidity and tannins, but without the typical cider funkiness of other skin contact wines. Not hazy. Usually not my favorite style, but this one is an exception. Recommended by a friend. With red pepper, scallion, asparagus and spinach Spring frittata. — 6 months ago
Aged. Funkier than a young gamay — 2 years ago

light, lemony sylvaner. Maybe a touch meaty on the nose — 5 years ago

Delicious, juicy, a little bit funky. Paired beautifully with turbot in a beurre monte sauce with caviar. Perfect. Will seek this out back in the states. — 19 days ago
