Végétal, minéral, Pierre à fusil, effervescent! Vraiment très différent. C’est une expérience à vivre. Il y a un dépôt, verser légèrement ou décanter! — 8 days ago
As soon as I tasted this wine Becky Wasserman’s voice from IDTT podcast rang ‘I’d much rather have a nice auxey-duresses blanc on the regular and nobody’s really enthusiastic about those wines’ ...this is a great example of why we should be looking to great producers like fichet to highlight lesser respected appellations like this. Excellent and even at $40 great value. Rating corresponds to price. — a month ago
Rich white Burgundy (Chardonnay), with notes of peach and mild minerality, at Rochambeau Restaurant in Back Bay, Boston — 3 days ago
Had this iconic wine from a 3L bottle. What a great experience.
This 19 year old, is dense, rich, elegant, and young with huge tannins.
Showing a phenomenal nose.
Dry on the palate with wood, vegetables, black fruits, earth notes, chocolates, tobacco, herbs and leather. So complex.
Can't even say how many years are in it still, Maybe 50?
12.5% alcohol by volume.

My kind of PN—translucent purple, racy acidity, high toned berry and persimmon with lifted floral aromatics and earthy flavor, supple mineral texture. Transparent. Pure pleasure right out of the gate. So much great Pinot outside of Burgundy these days — 6 days ago
In the summer of 1989, Conundrum was born, the 25 Anniversary Sparkler. Pale lemon, tropical and citrus aromas, tiny bubbles explode with floral notes. On the palate juicy peach and ripe melon flavors with lemon zest. Medium+ crisp finish, good mineral and biscuit ending. Tasting Sample. — a day ago
