Loved it. Wait until it ages some more. Could be fantastic. — 9 months ago
2017 vintage. A bit of a curiosity as this 4 hectares vineyard is situated on an island in the Ciron river. After years of abandonment it was bought and restaured by the Lamothe family (Château Haut-bergeron). 80% Sémillon and 20% Sauvignon blanc. More freshness compared to the 2016 vintage with ripe pineapple and flowers on the nose. Not especially profound but a very nice lightweight Sauternes with good acidity and good almondy length. Good value too at 23 EUR. — 3 years ago

Loved the 2010. Deep flavors. — 3 years ago
Weak baking spices on the nose.
Rich tannins upfront and richness throughout the medium finish. Dark berry licorice comes through when paired with brie.
Paired with prosciutto and brie. — 6 months ago
