A great start to birthday celebrations kicking off, this was a great reminder of the Chateau Neuf region and what it offers. On the nose a baboom level of red, rip fruit with a hint of pepper. On the palate slightly more subtle flavours with complexity, retaining the fruit but adding a floral notes, then developing later on into a darker, tobacco tone. Texture was smooth with very fine tannins - all in all a pleasure to drink! — a year ago
Apple pie crumble, bacon fat, oily, apricot, lime zest — 5 months ago
Aroma on this one is much more subtle on the fruit instead embracing dessert flavors of vanilla, chocolate, and butterscotch (maybe a subtle hint of diacetyl). Some oak aromas ground out the deserts. Lots of cocoa on the palette and with mild subdued tannins and a light acidity on the finish. — 5 months ago

A beautiful red blend of various red grape varieties sourced and allowed in the AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape by theSouthern Rhone region of France, including Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. The V. 2020 vintage is known for being wonderfully balanced, with a harmonious development of the grapes, and is considered a successful one for the region, producing wines with a good balance of fruit and freshness.
This Mas Grange Blanche, “La Font des Bessounes" is intensely aromatic, with notes of red and blue bramble fruits, black pepper, garrigue, mulling spices, licorice, biscuits, and tobacco.
On the palate id a Medium-to-full-bodied, with fresh acidity, and well-integrated alcohol with a minimum oak influence. Mouthfeel; well-structured, decent complexity, and gratifying potential to age as well. Cheers! — 13 days ago
