A quite interesting and positively delicious Chardonnay from Ceritas. Somewhere between premier cru Chablis and puligny by way of the Sonoma coast. Dense and mouth filling, but with purity and refreshing fruit and acid profile that still feels light on its feet. Very nice and one of my favorites from Ceritas. — 3 months ago
